The Children's Museum of Indianapolis

There's a carousel, lots of science labs for learning, a planetarium, daily shows and programs, live theater, and both indoor and outdoor exhibits (though the outdoor ones are only open from March through November due to the weather).

Some of the super cool exhibits include All Aboard!, which takes you back to the 1890s, when Indiana had the world's steepest railway grade. At the Playscape, the kids can touch and manipulate anything, discovering new sights and sounds along the way. At Beyond Spaceship earth, kids will learn about the International Space Station and what it takes to be an astronaut, while at Take Me There, they'll get to discover the culture of a whole other country (for Spring 2022, it's Greece!). There's a lot more, including the Dinosphere, where kids get to immerse themselves in the world of these fantastic creatures.
