We all know that Toyota is coping with below-normal production levels, these days. As such, the Japanese automaker, has ordered non-production days, while their suppliers are recovering from this spring devastating earthquake and tsunami in Japan. But instead of paying employees to sit still, the Japanese auto maker has decided to pay them to help and bring support in a variety of community services.
