Of all the things to be best at, Toyota of Muncie is glad to see Toyota soar to the top for safety. When an automaker puts time and hard work into creating the ultimate passenger protection, you know it truly cares about the lives of consumers. That's why we'd like to share with you some exciting, end-of-the-year updates. Toyota has won the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety "Top Safety Pick" for fifteen of its new Toyota models!
Not only did Toyota wipe out all other brands with the highest number of safe vehicles, but the automaker saw several models hit the list that hadn't done so before. Thanks to meticulous redesigns, the Toyota Yaris, Toyota Camry and Toyota Prius hybrid are IIHS-approved.
Steve St. Angelo, Executive VP of Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America, says, "Safety is a core value that dates back to the foundation of our company. IIHS' awards further recognize our commitment to helping protect drivers and passengers."1 Not only do Toyota vehicles keep consumers safe when an accident occurs, they contain advanced systems to help prevent such occurrences from happening in the first place.
As we progress into the new model year, Toyota of Muncie encourages those in the Muncie area to think about what's important for their next vehicle. If safety is a number one priority, don't hesitate to swing by 3311 N Nebo Muncie, IN 47304. We're more than happy to set up a test drive or two at your earliest convenience.
